This website is intended to provide an overview of what the MTA does, both locally and overseas, to promote the Maltese Islands as a tourism destination, to enhance the tourism product, to improve the level of service given to our visitors and to fulfill its role as regulator.

MTA works closely with the Ministry for Tourism and Consumer Protection, other entities in the public sector, private enterprise and the general public to carry out its various functions for the benefit of all.
