Tourist Information Officer
Tourist Information Offices - Indefinite Contract
The Malta Tourism Authority is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join its Tourist Information team. The selected candidate will provide accurate tourist information, promote Malta’s tourism offerings, assist visitors through various communication channels, and contribute to delivering a high standard of service at Tourism Information Offices and tourism-related events.

Executive Secretary Licensing
Licensing Department - Indefinite Contract
The Malta Tourism Authority is seeking an Executive Secretary – Licensing, responsible of a wide variety of administrative duties through established office procedures, processes and work flows within the licencing department.
The employee will be expected to provide administrative support in handling and processing of information requests, application vetting, customer care, perform administrative, secretarial and general office work and support the licencing department in its day to day tasks, and provide any other assistance that may be required.

Executive Secretary IT
Information and Technology Department - Indefinite Contract
The Malta Tourism Authority is seeking an Executive Secretary – IT, responsible in playing a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the IT leadership and staff. This position ensures the smooth running of daily tasks, handles scheduling, manages projects, and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders. The role requires a balance of technical proficiency, strong organizational skills, and discretion, making it essential in maintaining the efficiency of the IT team.

The Malta Tourism Authority is receiving applications for the temporary engagement of eligible applicants to work as Beach Supervisors on beaches and bathing areas in Malta during the Blue Flag Season 2026 (29 May – 11 October 2026).
