The Industry HR Unit of the Malta Tourism Authority enhances the tourism sector’s workforce by promoting career opportunities, launching awareness campaigns, and offering continuous training.

Its goal is to attract skilled employees, foster leadership, and instill enthusiasm, ensuring a motivated, sustainable, and innovative workforce for the tourism industry.

 

Training Initiatives

The Erasmus Training Programme on Digitalisation and Innovation in the Maltese Tourism Industry, funded through Erasmus, focuses on artificial intelligence, digital skills, inclusiveness, and sustainable tourism.
