The Finance Department manages the Malta Tourism Authority’s financial administration and procurement functions, ensuring compliance with public finance and procurement regulations.
Finance Department
The Finance Department within the Malta Tourism Authority is responsible for all matters relating to the administration, recording, reporting and control of the Authority’s finances, ensuring that these are allocated and expensed according to approved budgets and public finance fiscal regulations, to ensure adequate finances are available to support the Authority’s strategic plans and objectives.
The department works and supports all the operative Directorates within MTA on matters relating to budgets, finance and procurement.
Procurement Section
The Finance Department is also responsible for all procurement functions within the Authority, making sure that all Public Procurement Regulations are strictly adhered to.
