The HR and Administration Directorate is committed to empowering the Malta Tourism Authority by fostering a skilled, motivated workforce and ensuring smooth operational processes. Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department manages all employee-related functions within the MTA. Its responsibilities include:

Administration Department

The Administration Department oversees the maintenance, insurance, security, and logistics of all MTA offices and premises, including the Head Office at Smart City, Msida and Gozo Offices, warehouse facilities in Mriehel and Ghaxaq, and Tourist Service Stations across Malta and Gozo.

We also manage transport and logistics operations, including the delivery of promotional materials, transportation, goods distribution, and the upkeep of MTA’s vehicle fleet through the Fuel Management System and regular maintenance.

Housekeeping and meetings form an essential part of our role, ensuring offices, boardrooms, and common areas are well-maintained, while also providing hospitality services for guests.

Additionally, the department handles procurement of supplies, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of MTA’s operations.
